Monitoring, history and alerts
Read score trends, compare scans and configure regression alerts.
What every scan preserves
- Overall SEO Health, grade, duration and category scores.
- A page-level snapshot with status, score, indexability and issue count.
- Issue fingerprints used to identify new, fixed and persistent findings.
- robots.txt, sitemap.xml and other crawl-infrastructure signals.
- Trigger type: baseline, manual, scheduled or post-deploy.
The Monitoring & History tab compares the newest completed scan with the previous completed scan. It shows score and page deltas, new and fixed issues, added or removed URLs and the pages whose score or indexability changed.
Alert rules
| Rule | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Score drop | SEO Health falls by the configured number of points. |
| New priority issues | A new critical or error-level fingerprint appears. |
| Crawl failure | A scheduled or manual crawl cannot complete. |
| Crawler infrastructure | robots.txt or sitemap.xml disappears. |
| Indexability loss | Fewer monitored pages remain indexable. |
Retention follows the plan
The plan controls the number of SEO Sites, monitored URLs per crawl, keywords, competitors, minimum scan interval, scheduled scans, history retention, alerts, data connections and external editing.
