Files and version history
Edit source files, save versions and restore earlier content without erasing history.
Work with project files
- Select a file in the tree to load only the content you are working on.
- Manual edits remain local to the selected file until saved.
- File create, rename, delete and restore are explicit actions.
- The Preview refreshes from the current project file state.
- Download a single file or a complete project snapshot when needed.
Restore without rewriting history
Restoring an older file version creates a new current version based on the selected historical content. Earlier versions remain visible, so the recovery action does not erase the audit trail.
File history and deployment snapshots are different
File versions track individual source files. Deployment snapshots represent a packaged release state. Choose the smallest recovery level that solves the problem.
